We’re looking for a strong Full Stack Developer who loves building products, solving real-world problems, and taking ownership of things from development to production.

If you have strong experience with MERN Stack + AWS and have worked in Fintech, Lending, Payments, Banking, NBFC or related financial products, this could be a excellent opportunity for you.

What you’ll be working on

- Build and scale our customer and internal fintech applications
- Develop backend services using Node.js & Express.js
- Build modern web applications using React.js
- Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs
- Work with MongoDB and other databases
- Build scalable and reliable backend architectures
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems
- Improve application performance, reliability and security
- Work closely with Product, Business and Technology teams
- Take ownership of features from requirement → development → deployment → production

Strong AWS experience Hands-on experience with services such as:

- EC2
- S3
- RDS
- Lambda
- CloudWatch
- IAM
- VPC

- API Gateway
- Auto Scaling

You should be comfortable deploying, monitoring and troubleshooting applications in AWS — not just familiar with AWS terminology. Fintech experience is a big plus

Good to have Docker, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Kubernetes, Terraform, TypeScript, microservices and event-driven architecture.

The most important part: We’re looking for someone who has actually built and operated production systems, not someone who has only worked on tutorials or POCs.
