The SAP Operations Expert is responsible for providing comprehensive support and troubleshooting for the organization's SAP landscape, with a focus on the Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Production Planning (PP), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Plant Maintenance (PMM) modules. This role is primarily responsible for resolving low to medium-severity incidents and service requests, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the SAP system.

What should you bring along
Extensive experience (5+ years) in SAP operations, with a deep understanding of the MM, QM, PP, SD, and PMM modules
Proficient in ABAP programming, with the ability to develop custom solutions and enhancements to the SAP system
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues




Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proven experience in the use of Agile methodologies and tools for process improvement
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering)

Must have technical skill
Certifications in SAP module-specific areas (e.g., SAP MM, QM, PP, SD, PMM) are highly desirable
Proficient in the use of ITSM tools and processes, with a solid grasp of ITIL principles

Provide expert-level support and resolution for incidents and service requests related to the MM, QM, PP, SD, and PMM modules of the SAP system
Utilize the organization's ITSM toolkit to effectively manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
