nKey Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily with the Leasing Team.n
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Projects teams.n
- Prepare Recce reports and coordinate store invoice clearance.n
- Coordinate with landlords to resolve store-related issues.n
- Manage and track Security Deposit (SD) payments for recent stores.n
- Prepare MIS reports and presentations using strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.n
