nLead Management & Student Engagement

Connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.n
Understand students' academic background, career goals, and learning needs.n
Recommend suitable programs aligned with individual aspirations.n
Ensure timely, qualified, and consistent communication at all touchpoints.n

nSales & Counselling

Present program features, advantages, career outcomes, and value propositions confidently.n
Handle objections related to fees, eligibility, curriculum, and placement support.n
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.n




Follow a structured counselling and conversion process to maximize success rates.n

nFollow-ups & Admissions Process

Maintain regular follow-ups until final closure.n
Assist students with applications, documentation, and fee payment procedures.n
Ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to confirmed admission.n

nCRM & Data Management

Update lead status, follow-up notes, and conversion details accurately in CRM systems.n
Track performance metrics and maintain data accuracy.n
Review reports to improve individual conversion performance.n

nCross-Functional Coordination
