Responsibilities
Design, develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
Work closely with business and IT teams to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes in ServiceNow.
Conduct in-depth tests for modified and recent systems or applications.
Provide technical leadership and training, perform peer code reviews and ensure the ServiceNow team follows development best practices.
Required Skills
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform with a deep understanding of ITSM processes.
Robust knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience in implementing and customizing a web architected, n-tiered enterprise application, robust experience with SaaS applications.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
