Primary Skills:
Strong working experience in:
Hardware architecture and system design for complex products involving analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits.
Multi‑layer PCB layout, signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) simulations.
Industrial EMI/EMC design and compliance.
Leading and mentoring hardware teams.
Able to define and review hardware architecture, including selection of critical components.
Strong working experience in DFMEA, MTBF analysis, derating, and thermal analysis.
Robust expertise in designing and developing embedded systems based on microcontrollers/microprocessors and associated subsystems such as switching/linear power supplies, electromechanical drives, sensors, I/O interfaces, and communication modules.
Strong hands‑on experience in functional verification and debugging communication interfaces such as RS‑232/422/485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, DDR, and Flash memories.
Robust working knowledge of industrial PLCs, SCADA/HMI systems, and communication protocols such as MODBUS, HART, PROFINET,



PROFIBUS, and 4–20 mA.
Ability to manage end‑of‑life (EOL) and obsolescence risks by identifying alternates, redesign options, and long‑term continuity strategies.
Experience in gathering requirements for the product and preparation of design documentation.
Hardware design reviews and presentations with clients; robust communication, documentation, and review‑feedback skills
Working experience with schematic design tools (Cadence OrCAD Capture), PCB layout tools (Allegro), and circuit simulation tools (PSpice/LTSpice).
Ability to collaborate with manufacturing teams for DFM, DFA, and DFT.
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (firmware, software, mechanical).
Expertise with PDM systems for Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and revision control of BOMs, schematics, layouts, and other engineering documents.

Secondary Skills:
Familiarity with PLM systems, Agile method
