Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support critical business functions.
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of recent applications and modules.
Work with process owners to develop workflow, implement processes, and support configuration/customization of the ServiceNow platform.
Integrate ServiceNow with other tools/systems using REST, SOAP, MID servers, etc.
Create and maintain system documentation and support knowledge base.
Manage ServiceNow upgrades and patching, ensuring compatibility with custom solutions.
Lead or contribute to ServiceNow roadmap planning and strategy.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior ServiceNow developers/admins.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT,



or related field (or equivalent work experience).
7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Robust expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Request Management, and Service Catalog.
Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
Knowledge of Agile and ITIL frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
