Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Development:
Increase Franchisee Size: Focus on growing the number of Licensed Branch Staff (LBS) and ensuring they are activated and productive in offering life insurance solutions.
New Business Growth (APE): Achieve targets related to recent business acquisition as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Renewal Book Management: Ensure persistency across all channels and maintain desired levels of First Year and overall persistency.
Franchisee Engagement:
Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with bank staff, ensuring support for the FLS (Field Sales Leaders) and driving business at the branch level.
Branch Engagement: Influence branch managers and other key stakeholders to focus on selling life insurance solutions to customers.
Leadership & Team Management:
Coaching and Mentorship: Develop and guide your direct reports (FLS & LBS), fostering personal and team growth through training, development, and taking on current responsibilities.
People Management:



Build a positive and enthusiastic team setting to ensure high productivity.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Planning & Activity Management: Formulate and implement strategies for business growth, including activity management, business reviews, and addressing gaps.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry and competition trends, counteracting them with the strengths of the organization.
Operational Effectiveness & Compliance:
Quality Control & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance standards and a culture of zero frauds. Maintain high standards in terms of audit, risk management, and sales quality.
Product & Process Knowledge: Ensure that the team is updated on products, sales processes, underwriting norms, and compliance guidelines.
Cross-Functional Engagement:
Collaborate with other departments like Business Development, EIMA, Training, and Operations to ensure comprehensive support for FLS and LBS.
