Position: Forging Supervisor

Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

Industry: Forging / Manufacturing

Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma

Location: As per company requirement

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily forging shop floor operations.
Control production and maintain quality with minimum wastage and maximum output.
Calculate cut weight for forging components.
Handle small forgings in both Open Die and Closed Die forging processes.
Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production targets.
Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor.
Reduce rejection and improve productivity through process improvements.




Develop and improve tooling and dies for better forging quality and higher production output.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of forging operations.
Experience in open die and closed die forging.
Knowledge of cut weight calculation.
Understanding of tooling and die development.
Ability to manage production and quality efficiently.
Valuable leadership and team handling skills.

Preferred Candidate
Hands-on experience in forging manufacturing setup.
Ability to achieve production targets under pressure.
Robust problem-solving and process improvement skills.
