Curefoods is growing, and we are on the lookout for a highly energetic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to champion our Operations and Kitchen teams across our Chennai locations. What You Will Do:
Talent Acquisition: Drive high-volume/bulk hiring for kitchen and retail roles across Chennai, partnering closely with Operations leadership for proactive manpower planning.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end onboarding, joining formalities, and seamless HR operations.
Culture & Engagement: Champion employee engagement initiatives, address grievances, and partner with business leaders to improve retention and workforce stability.
HR Operations: Support critical payroll inputs (attendance and leave management), maintain HR trackers,
and ensure total compliance and accurate documentation.
What You Bring to the Table:
3–6 years of core HRBP or HR Operations experience.
5+ years of proven experience in high-volume hiring and frontline workforce management.
4+ years of experience specifically within Food & Beverage Services, Cloud Kitchens, QSR, Retail, or Hospitality environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple locations and operational leaders simultaneously.
