5–10 years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in AS400 development.
Proficiency in RPGLE, CLLE, ILE, SQL, and DB2/400.
Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Jenkins
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
