Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR support and advice to business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and enable the achievement of business objectives
Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop tailored talent strategies and solutions
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
Demonstrate solid business acumen and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes,



and initiatives that align with the organization's goals
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and transformation

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR business partner or generalist role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Robust understanding of HR best practices and the ability to apply them in a dynamic business environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR interventions
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
