Job Description – AVP Legal (Litigation)

Experience: 6–12 Years
Qualification: LLB / LLM
Industry: NBFC / BFSI

Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters across courts and legal forums.
Handle Recovery, SARFAESI, DRT, NCLT, Arbitration, Consumer and other legal cases.
Lead and manage the Field Legal Collection Team.
Take proactive legal action to identify and address risks before escalation.
Develop litigation strategies and provide legal advice to business and senior management.
Manage external advocates, law firms and panel counsels.
Monitor case progress, legal compliance and Litigation MIS.
Identify and mitigate legal risks and support dispute resolution.
Lead and mentor the litigation legal team.
