Job Description About the Role

nHiring Point Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive business growth in the marble, natural stone and construction materials segment .
nThe candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, generating project leads and achieving sales targets.

n Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for marble, natural stone and related products.n
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, references, networking and direct sales.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, project consultants and dealers/distributors .n
- Generate leads from ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and infrastructure projects .n
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations and site visits to understand project requirements.n




- Promote the company's marble, natural stone and other construction-related products.n
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and negotiate with clients to close business.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.n
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.n
- Develop dealer/channel networks and identify potential business partners.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.n
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases and regular MIS updates.n

n Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field .n
- 3–12 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing .n
