- NAPS/NATS apprenticeship placement के लिए companies और employers से meetings करना।
- Recent companies से tie-up एवं MoU/LOI के लिए coordination करना।
- Company requirements के अनुसार candidates की mobilization और interview coordination करना।
- NAPS/NATS portal पर apprenticeship requirements एवं candidate details का coordination करना।
- HR/Recruitment teams के साथ regular follow-up करके joining और placement सुनिश्चित करना।
- Placement targets achieve करने के लिए employer network develop करना।
- Candidate joining, documentation और post-placement follow-up संभालना।
- Daily/weekly placement reports और MIS तैयार करना।
- Company visits, meetings और placement activities का proper record maintain करना।
- Team को placement targets achieve करने में guide और support करना।
Required Skills: Communication Skills, Employer Coordination, Negotiation, Follow-up, MS Excel/MIS, NAPS/NATS Knowledge और Placement Experience.
