Role Description The Senior Manufacturing Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for clients, with responsibilities centered on production planning, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring. This full-time, on-site role is based in Canada and involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

The manager will develop and implement manufacturing strategies, supervise production teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Daily tasks include reviewing production schedules, resolving operational issues, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and preparing reports for senior leadership.



The role also requires collaborating with stakeholders to support Canadian market requirements and potential relocation or project support tied to Canada-focused opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to design, schedule, and oversee manufacturing activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to manage day-to-day plant operations and resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Control skills to ensure products meet required specifications and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior manufacturing or operations leadership role, preferably in high-volume or export-oriented environments.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate with international stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Canadian manufacturing standards or willingness to learn and adapt to Canada-specific regulatory and operational requirements.
