About the Company: Trivandrum based Pharmacy Supermarket

Duties & Responsibilities:

We need a hands-on leader who can:

- Manage multiple branches and Branch Managers
- Drive revenue targets and customer experience
- Ensure SOP, discipline and smooth daily operations
- Train Managers to take complete branch ownership
- Execute HO decisions without daily Founder follow-up

Experience:

Preferred: 10+ years of multi-branch retail experience in pharmacy, healthcare, supermarket or similar sectors.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Advantages

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
- Retail sales: 10 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
