FenixCommerce is looking for an exceptional B2B storyteller who can turn complex e-commerce technology, customer data, and product innovation into narratives that drive conversations with leading retail and DTC brands.

This is not a traditional content-calendar role. We need someone who can understand our product, talk with customers and internal teams, find the commercial story in data and experiments, and communicate it in a way that makes CEOs, COOs, CDOs, and e-commerce leaders pay attention.

What you will own

- Product positioning, messaging, and launches
- Website and landing-page content
- Founder and executive thought leadership for LinkedIn and other social channels
- Customer case studies and proof-point development
- Email, lifecycle, and targeted account-based campaigns
- Sales decks, one-pagers, and enablement content
- Event, webinar, and industry campaign content
- Competitive and category narratives
- Editorial planning and hands-on content production across formats

What success looks like

- Build a distinctive and consistent Fenix point of view
- Turn customer results, product capabilities, and market insight into credible commercial stories
- Improve how prospects understand Fenix and why they should act now




- Equip sales and customer teams with compelling, outcome-led content
- Operate independently while collaborating closely with the founder, product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams

What we are looking for

- Approximately 6–10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce technology, logistics or supply-chain technology, MarTech, or enterprise software
- Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills
- Robust business judgment and the ability to make complicated ideas simple
- Experience across both product marketing and hands-on content creation
- Comfort working with customer data, product teams, and senior executives
- High ownership, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to challenge weak narratives
- Experience marketing to US enterprise or mid-market buyers is strongly preferred

Location

Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is an on-site, full-time role working closely with our Noida team and Fenix leadership.
