Should have Positive communication, application/technical Skills
Should be familiar with Geared Motors / Industrial Gear Box or any rotating / machinery or equipment and its accessories.
Project engineer can suit if he has exposure to various component selections like Gearbox, bearings, couplings, pumps etc.
Should be familiar with Technical software
