Job Description

Position: Accounts Executive

To manage project-level accounting, government billing, statutory compliance, and insurance coordination for solar EPC/O&M; projects, ensuring accurate invoicing, disciplined cash-flow tracking, and audit-ready documentation across PSU and government clients.

Key Responsibilities
Project Billing & Collections
Prepare and upload RA bills, final invoices, and supporting documents on GeM, IREPS (Railways), and other government portals.
Coordinate with Projects/Execution teams to obtain measurement sheets, completion certificates, and work orders.
Track payment milestones, portal status, and follow up with concerned departments for timely payment release.
Deductions & Receivables Tracking
Maintain detailed tracking of GST, TDS, Security Deposit, Retention Money, LD, and other deductions at project level.
Reconcile billed vs. realized amounts and flag short deductions or delays for escalation.
Support closure of SD/retention recovery as per contract timelines.
Project Finance & MIS Support




Assist in project-wise receivables, payables, and cash-flow tracking.
Prepare monthly MIS covering billing status, outstanding receivables, deductions, and ageing.
Support finance team with DSO tracking and working-capital visibility.
Statutory & Tax Compliance Support
Prepare GST workings (output tax, ITC mapping, reversals where applicable).
Support TDS calculations and return filing coordination.
Maintain GST/TDS documentation in an audit-ready format.
Project Insurance Coordination
Coordinate issuance, renewal, and endorsement of CAR/EAR, transit, and O&M; insurance policies.
Maintain policy registers and assist in claim documentation and follow-ups.
Documentation & Coordination
Maintain structured project-wise financial documentation (contracts, invoices, challans, insurance, portal acknowledgements).
