Job Description – Operations Manager

Company: Rajlaxmi Bulk Logistics Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Wadala East, Truck Terminal, Mumbai

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, customers, and distributors to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Handle transportation management, including vehicle and driver coordination.
Conduct rate negotiations with transporters and vendors.
Manage vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance.
Prepare reports related to delivery timelines, transportation costs, and overall operational performance.
Coordinate maintenance and repair requirements for transportation vehicles and equipment.




Handle operational issues and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
3–6 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Operations.
Strong knowledge of Transportation Management, Rate Negotiation, Driver Management, and Vendor Management.
Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
