We are seeking an experienced Bidding Lead to manage end-to-end tendering and bidding activities for electrical and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in tender management, bid documentation, commercial coordination, and team handling. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to prepare competitive and compliant bids while ensuring timely submission.

Key Responsibilities
Tender & Bid Management
Lead and manage the complete tender/bid lifecycle from tender identification to final submission.
Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and client requirements to assess bid feasibility.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare technical, commercial, and financial proposals.
Ensure timely submission of bids while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Monitor tender portals and identify relevant business prospects.
Electrical & Infrastructure Contract Bidding
Prepare and submit bids for electrical and infrastructure projects.
Interpret technical specifications, BOQs, drawings,



and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams for bid preparation.
Analyze project risks, costing, and commercial terms to develop competitive proposals.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare, review, and maintain all tender-related documentation.
Ensure bids comply with client specifications, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain records of submitted bids, supporting documents, and tender correspondence.
Coordinate with clients for pre-bid clarifications and post-bid documentation whenever required.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the bidding team to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
Allocate responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide guidance throughout the bidding process.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
