Roles and Responsibilties:
15+ years of experience in Physician RCM in US healthcare.
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a manager.
Must have managed Physician RCM AR follow up Teams with a minimum team size of 80+
Having experience in managing AR follow up (Physician)
Thorough understanding on RCM functions (AR Follow up/ Charges/Claims/Eligibility/ Authorization/Payment posting/Credit balance).
Exposure to client interactions.
Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.
