Role SummarynThe Retail Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of retail fixture, display, shop-in-shop, and store fit-out projects across India. The role involves managing project timelines, client expectations, quality standards, vendors, logistics, installation teams, and project profitability to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Manage projects from handover to final installation and closure.n
- Drive end-to-end retail fixture execution / Turnkey stores across India.n
- Coordinate with clients, design, production, procurement, logistics, and site teams.n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.n
- Monitor manufacturing, dispatch, installation, and site execution activities.n
- Manage vendors, contractors, and installation partners across regions.n
- Handle client communication, progress updates, and escalations.n




- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with approved drawings and brand guidelines.n
- Track project costs, billing, collections, and profitability.n

Requirementsn
- n
- 5–12 years of experience in Retail Project Management, Retail Fixtures, Store Rollouts, Shop-in-Shop, POSM, or Interior Fit-Out Projects.n
- Robust project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Experience managing multiple projects across India.n
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.n
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits.n

Preferred Industry ExperiencenRetail Fixtures, Commercial Interiors, Store Development, Shop-in-Shop Execution, POSM, Visual Merchandising, or Retail Fit-Out Projects.
