NWe are looking for a Product Content Specialist to join our Digital Content Platforms team. The role involves managing, enhancing, validating, and publishing product content for global digital platforms and websites.
NKey Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect product specifications, data, and metadata. N
- Develop and maintain accurate, structured product descriptions and digital content. N
- Review and validate product data standardized using Generative AI/LLM tools, cross-checking against original source content. N
- Track AI-generated content accuracy, success/failure rates, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. N
- Publish product contentthrough content authoring/content management systems. N
- Ensure content complieswith corporate style guidelines, brand standards, legal requirements, and global website standards. N




- Verify product data structure, formatting, images, and other digital content elements. N
- Coordinate with business partners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of content projects. N
- Identify opportunities for content and process improvements. N
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent requests while maintaining excellent attention to detail. N

nRequirements

- N
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's in Life Sciences is a plus. N
- 1–3 years of experiencein developing, managing, or maintaining digital content using CMS/content authoring systems. N
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to work with large datasets. N
- Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM tools is an advantage. N
- Solid writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills. N
