WHAT WILL YOU DO?

* Review the CRM/ Salesforce Accounts to ensure the contacts for major decision
makers are updated
* Monitoring & assigning the web enquires to the respective stakeholders and
escalate in case of any delays in response (Escalation Matrix & response time
to be discussed).
* Provide training to new joiners on CRM / Salesforce & D365 (Projects).
* Monthly updating of Customer Master Data.
* Reconciliation between Order Booking and D365. In case of discrepancies, the
necessary changes shall be updated in coordination with global team.
* Creating new Customer entries in D-365.
* Creating new order bookings in D-365 in line with customer order, milestone
payment mapping
* Raising Invoices proposals and coordination with finance for invoice creation
