Culinary Career Opportunities

We are expanding our kitchen team across three distinct local venues, including Anni's Hideaway and JB Parkers Bar & Wine Cellar. We are looking for dedicated food professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Junior Sous Chef (1 Position)

Ideal for an experienced chef ready to take the next step in their career.
Help lead the team and maintain high kitchen standards.

Chef de Partie (2 Positions)

Requires solid cooking experience and a passion for quality food.
Run your section efficiently in a busy setting.

Kitchen Porter (2 Positions)





Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Support the chefs during busy service hours.

Employment Permits

Available on a 3-year STEP (Short-Term Employment Permit) or seasonal SEP (Seasonal Employment Permit) basis. We are looking for team members to join us in Spring 2027 once the immigration/population management process has been completed
