Job Responsibilities*
Prepare purchase requisitions and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
Renew contracts as required to enable effective trading.
Receive various bids and prepare comparative cost charts for final decision making.
Support & Preparation for all negotiations and award of service and rate contracts for Campus to bring down overall costsand ensure best quality of major “A value” materials.
Coordinate with technical team,



contractors, BITSoM accounts & other departments for smooth procurement and awarding of contracts.
Maintain store operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production process.
Co-ordinate with Accounts Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
Audit related activities & support to Manager, Commercials in all the activities as required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
B.E./ MBA/ M.Com/ B.Com + CA Inter with 5-7 years of relevant work experience
