Role Description
The Beauty Consultant - Retail Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Beauty Consultant will engage with customers on the shop floor, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Kimirica products across categories such as skincare, bath and body, and fragrances. This role involves demonstrating product features, explaining ingredients and benefits,



and ensuring an elevated, personalized customer experience in line with the brand’s self-care philosophy. The Beauty Consultant will drive retail sales by meeting individual and store targets, handling billing, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring stock is well organized and replenished. The role also includes managing customer queries, addressing concerns, collecting feedback, and supporting in-store events or promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Retail Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and convert customer interactions into purchases.
