? What You’ll Do
? Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers & design consultants
? Identify upcoming residential & commercial projects
? Generate leads and convert opportunities into business
? Conduct client meetings, office visits & project-site visits
? Understand technical & aesthetic requirements and coordinate with the internal team
? Present and pitch Lane 24’s premium solutions
? Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
? Stay updated on market trends, competitors & industry developments
? What We’re Looking For
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in B2B / Corporate / Institutional Sales
✔️ Experience in building materials, luxury furniture, lighting, automation,



surfaces or allied interior/design products is preferred
✔️ Strong existing network of architects & interior designers will be a major advantage
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔️ Confident, target-driven & self-motivated personality
✔️ Comfortable with field visits and face-to-face client meetings
