Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced - AI/ML Engineer- with strong hands-on expertise in - Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI- . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent agent-based solutions.

The candidate should have strong Python development skills and experience building scalable AI solutions using up-to-date LLM frameworks, cloud AI platforms, APIs, and enterprise CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy - Generative AI and LLM-powered applications- for enterprise use cases.
Build and optimize - RAG pipelines- , including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and response generation.
Design and develop - AI Agents and multi-agent workflows- using frameworks such as - LangGraph, CrewAI, and PydanticAI- .
Develop effective - prompt engineering strategies- to improve LLM accuracy, reliability, and performance.




Integrate LLMs and AI services with enterprise applications through - REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures- .
Build scalable and production-ready AI/ML solutions using - Databricks and cloud AI platforms- .
Develop reusable AI components, services, and APIs following enterprise software engineering best practices.
Implement evaluation, monitoring, testing, and optimization strategies for LLM and AI applications.
Work with engineering, data, product, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
Implement and maintain - CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git- for AI application development and deployment.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements related to - security, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance- .
Stay current with emerging developments in - Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI engineering- .
