VIDEO EDITOR

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor who can independently handle projects from raw footage to final delivery, with a strong focus on cinematic editing, professional color grading, visual quality, audio editing, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Edit videos from raw footage to final output, maintaining strong pacing, rhythm, and visual flow.
Create fast-paced, flashy, and high-energy edits with heavy cutting, particularly for fashion, commercial, and social media content.
Work confidently with cinematic editing techniques, speed ramps, slow motion, transitions, music-driven cuts, and visual effects.
Perform professional color correction and color grading to create polished and cinematic looks.
Understand and apply video/image noise reduction when required to improve the overall visual quality of footage.
Handle audio editing, audio cleanup, sound balancing, and basic sound design to achieve clean and skilled audio.
Develop strong visual storytelling, ensuring that the edit communicates a clear narrative, emotion,



and creative direction.
Independently take ownership of projects and deliver polished final outputs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Contribute creative ideas and proactively suggest ways to enhance the visual quality and creative direction of a project.
Work confidently with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
Understand professional footage workflows, including Log footage and cinematic color workflows.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout the entire editing and post-production process.
