Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Professional role is based in Delhi, OH. The position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the growth of architecture and interior design projects. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, coordinating with design and project teams, and maintaining a pipeline of leads and opportunities.



The role also involves attending client meetings, industry events, and networking activities, tracking business development metrics, and providing regular reports to leadership. The Business Development Professional will collaborate closely with senior management to align business development initiatives with the firm’s strategic goals.

Qualifications
Solid client relationship management and sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
Experience in business development, preferably within architecture, interior design, construction, or related professional services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Solid research, analytical, and planning abilities to assess markets, develop strategies, and manage a pipeline of prospects.
Comfort with CRM tool
