* BE/B.Tech (MBA preferred)
* Solid experience in large-scale EPC/PMC projects
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

* Drive overall project execution, governance, and delivery strategy
* Manage client, contractor, and stakeholder coordination
* Oversee EPC contractors, schedules, budgets, and risks
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
* Lead multidisciplinary teams and site operations
