Qualification

Graduate in Civil Engineering from reputed institute with PG / PG-Diploma in Construction / Project Management from NICMAR or equivalent institute.

Experience

Min 12 -15 years of hands-on experience which shall include experience in on site Construction, Project Planning,

Labour Management etc...

Should have handled large projects as projects in-charge. Willing to travel extensively to various projects site.

Job Responsibility:

- Manage the Projects Department of Company for efficient execution of Projects
- Internal Co-ordination with Design and Sales Department
- Effective management of Resources including Manpower & Machines
- Client Communication
- Project Planning and Control
- Project Budgeting and Cost Control
- Site Vendor Management
- Manpower Planning
- Regular site visits for inspection, client interaction
- Billing and Payment Collection
- Contracts closure
- Monthly Target Billing
