Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned technology leader with robust expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 to drive cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, transformation, and operations. The role will own Microsoft platforms end-to-end, including delivery, governance, security, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive Azure &
- Microsoft 365 strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
- Lead enterprise-wide cloud migration, transformation, and modernization initiatives.
- Manage large-scale Azure IaaS/PaaS environments.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 platforms including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Drive identity, security, compliance, governance, and risk management.
- Ensure high availability, performance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
- Manage internal teams, vendors, and OEM partners.
- Drive automation and optimization using PowerShell and DevOps practices.
- Own budgeting, Microsoft licensing, and cost optimization.




- Act as a key technology stakeholder for business and leadership teams.

Required Experience &

Skills :

- 20 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Azure &
- Microsoft 365 leadership roles.

Tech Stack &

- Expertise :
- Azure, Microsoft 365 / M365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Microsoft Defender.
- Cloud Architecture, Hybrid Cloud, Cloud Migration, Governance &
- Information Security, IT Infrastructure, Licensing &
- Cost Optimization.

Education &

Certifications :

- BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent.

Preferred certifications :

- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, Microsoft Security certifications.

Nice to Have :

- ITIL / Service Management experience.
- Experience working in large enterprise or multi-geo environments.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 frameworks.
- Experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) industry.
