Key Responsibilities
- General Ledger scrutiny and corrective accounting entries
- Vendor ledger scrutiny, reconciliation & balance confirmation
- Adjustment of vendor advances and payments against bills
- Debit note/credit note coordination for rejection & quality issues
- Monthly due-bill statements and payment-related activities
- Verification of vendors’ GST compliance through the GST portal
- Customer ledger scrutiny and payment adjustment
- Customer reconciliation and quarterly balance confirmation
- Handling GST, TDS & Finalization of Books of Accounts
- Preferred: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
