Position Name - Vice President - Client Servicing

Location - Mumbai

Experience Range - 12 years+

Mandatory Requirement

- 10+ years of experience in an insurance broking company with strong exposure to Employee Benefits (EB)

- Prior experience in client servicing / account management / relationship management

Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction

- Manage end-to-end client servicing, including onboarding, renewals, and ongoing relationship management

- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, sales, and delivery) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements

- Understand client needs and proactively provide solutions to address business challenges

- Track service deliverables, timelines,



and SLAs to ensure adherence to agreed standards

- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within existing client accounts

- Prepare client reports, presentations, and MIS as required

- Handle client escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution

Qualification and Experience
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
