nKey Responsibilities :-
n1. DESIGN SUPPORT & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
n
n
Assist senior designers in developing design concept, mood board & space planningn
Conduct research on design references, materials, and trendsn

n2. CLIENT INTERACTION SUPPORT
n
n
Assist in creating presentations for client meetingsn
Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and feedbackn
Incorporate client inputs into drawings and design revisionsn
Submit MOMs & weekly reports.n
Ensure an immediate response for calls, messages & mailsn

n3. PROJECT COORDINATION SUPPORT
n
n
Assist in managing assigned tasks across multiple projectsn
Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverablesn
Report & coordinate with internal team for smooth workflown
Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion under supervisionn

n4. DRAWINGS & TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
n
n
Prepare 2D drawings including layouts, detailed drawings and GFC drawingsn
Revise drawings based on feedback from senior designersn




Ensure accuracy, scale, and clarity in all drawingsn
Maintain organized records of drawing versions and updatesn

n5. 3D VISUALIZATION OR MOODBOARD PRESENTATION SUPPORT
n

Create mood board or 3D models and assist in rendering viewsn
Support in preparing presentation decksn
Organize presentation files and references systematicallyn

n6. MATERIAL SELECTION SUPPORT & VENDOR COORDINATION
n
n
Research materials, finishes, furniture, and fixturesn
Collect samples, catalogues, and product informationn
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, availability and delivery.n
Maintain and update the material libraryn

n7. SITE VISITS & EXECUTION SUPPORT
n
n
Visit project sites for measurements and documentationn
Support in monitoring execution as per drawingsn
Coordinate with contractors for regular updatesn
Report site observations and issues to senior designers
