Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Lead Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of hands-on software development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and AWS, along with proven experience in technical leadership and delivering scalable enterprise applications.

The candidate will be responsible for leading development initiatives, designing robust solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers and provide technical guidance.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot applications.
- Develop and manage microservices-based architectures.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Develop and deploy applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve complex technical and performance issues.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering practices.




- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote knowledge sharing.

Required Technical Skills
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java/J2EE technologies.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on experience in Microservices architecture.
- Excellent knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Robust experience with Angular and modern frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud deployments.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, OOP, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Proven experience in a Lead/Technical Lead role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions and drive architecture discussions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide development teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with automated testing and code-quality tools.
- Experience designing highly available and fault-tolerant applications.
