Lead Consultant (Integration)

Lead Consultant (Integration) · Consulting Track · 7–10 Years · Full-time A Lead Consultant (Integration) at RAC owns the integration track — the full integration landscape for the engagement, end-to-end. That is every iFlow in SAP Cloud Integration, every Integration Center integration, IAS/IPS/SSO for enterprise identity, and the design of replication and posting flows between SuccessFactors and the systems around it. If you can hold the integration design across the landscape, lead the team that builds it, work hand-in-hand with the module Lead Consultants, the Solution Architect, and the PMO, and step into the cross-track liaison role when no Solution Architect is on the engagement, this is your seat.

Track: Consulting (Integration)

Experience: 7–10 Years

ABOUT ROLLING ARRAYS

Rolling Arrays is a private equity-backed, award-winning HR Tech consulting firm — Asia Pacific’s premium partner for enterprise HR digital transformation. Headquartered in Singapore and with offices across India, Malaysia, Australia, and Hong Kong, we have delivered more than 200 HR Transformation projects since our founding in 2009, and were recognised as one of Singapore’s Top 100 fastest-growing companies in 2025. We specialise in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Workday across the full delivery spectrum: HR process design and consulting (ALIGN), technology implementation (AUTOMATE), change management and adoption (ADOPT), and Application Management Services (AMS).

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Lead Consultant (Integration) to own the integration track end-to-end — design, team, quality, timeliness, iFlow and Integration Center delivery, IAS/IPS/SSO configuration, replication and posting flows, testing, production cutover, and post-go-live warranty support. The integration track is the full integration landscape for the engagement: all iFlows in SAP Cloud Integration, all Integration Center integrations, enterprise identity, and the flows between SuccessFactors and the systems around it. You are the pillar for integration-track success: you work hand-in-hand with the module Lead Consultants, the Solution Architect, and the PMO to keep the integration workstream on time and to quality, and you carry direct accountability for the end-to-end business process the integrations support.

When the engagement has no Solution Architect on it, you take a higher ownership and liaise across tracks with the other Lead Consultants directly for integration alignment. This is a mandatory people-management role. What we screen hardest for is genuine SI-side integration-track ownership, design judgement across SAP Cloud Integration and SuccessFactors Integration Center, IAS/IPS/SSO delivery, and the leadership to hold quality without becoming a bottleneck.

Deep, hands-on integration-track delivery in SAP Cloud Integration and SuccessFactors Integration Center is required. Cross-technology or adjacent-middleware background does not substitute for depth in these two tools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own the integration track end-to-end — iFlow and Integration Center design and delivery, replication design (EC ↔ Payroll, EC ↔ Finance, Payroll ↔ Banks), IAS/IPS/SSO configuration, team delivery, quality, testing, cutover, and post-go-live warranty for the entire integration landscape
- Lead the design across the integration landscape — choose middleware patterns, adapter mixes, security posture, error-handling strategies, and reconciliation approaches; the end-to-end business process must work across every system, not just any single integration in isolation
- Lead your team — manage the Senior Consultants (Integration), Consultants, and Associate Consultants in the workstream; delegate, coach, hold them to deadline and quality, and develop them deliberately
- Liaise hand-in-hand with module Lead Consultants, the Solution Architect, and the PMO — module Leads own their module design; you own the flows between modules and to and from external systems; the SA on architecture alignment; the PMO on timeline, dependency, and risk
- Step up across tracks when no SA is on the engagement — when the engagement runs without a Solution Architect, take the higher liaison role with the other Lead Consultants directly for cross-track integration alignment
- Govern testing for the integration track — own unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation, and defect resolution across the integration landscape; hold the team to disciplined testing rather than letting issues surface late
- Own production cutover for the integration workstream — plan it, run it, and make the readiness call for your part of the engagement
- Own post-go-live warranty support — see the integration landscape through hypercare, resolve defects cleanly, and hand the system over to AMS in a state the team can run

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- End-to-end integration-track ownership — has personally owned the SuccessFactors integration landscape from design through hypercare, not just built pieces of it
- Delivery volume — minimum 7 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations with integration-track ownership; hands-on iFlow and Integration Center build across the career spanning multiple production integration patterns (employee data replication, payroll flows, finance postings, banking interfaces, identity and SSO); typically 7–10 years of experience, but the number of implementations owned and the breadth of production-deployed integration patterns is what we measure

- Platform-deep design authority in SAP Cloud Integration and SuccessFactors Integration Center — non-negotiable
- Mandatory delivery ownership beyond CPI and Integration Center — IAS/IPS/SSO configuration for enterprise identity
- Highly recommended across the integration landscape — (a) SuccessFactors to Active Directory integration, (b) EC to EC Payroll replication, (c) EC to SAP on-premise ERP HCM Payroll replication, (d) EC to S/4 Finance replication, (e) EC Payroll / S/4 Payroll to S/4 Finance posting, (f) EC Payroll / S/4 Payroll to Bank payment file interfaces, and (g) cross-cutting integration architecture across landscape, security, and data flow
- People management on delivery — has formally led and developed Senior Consultants (Integration), Consultants, and Associate Consultants, and can evidence their growth
- Liaison ability with the Solution Architect, PMO, and module Lead Consultants — has worked directly with all three on a live engagement, not via intermediaries
- Stepping up across tracks without an SA — can credibly hold the cross-track integration conversation when the project has no Solution Architect, liaising directly with other Lead Consultants
- Delivery methodology fluency — fluent in structured implementation methodology (SAP Activate or equivalent), including integration cutover and hypercare

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

- Real implementation-partner integration-track ownership — what matters most is genuine SI-side ownership of the integration track end-to-end, not in-house HRIS delivery or partial-cycle SI involvement
- Active platform certification — non-negotiable — at least one current, active SAP Integration Suite / SAP Cloud Integration certification; the certification must be active as of the date of application; expired certifications do not qualify
- Skilled-level certification preferred for SuccessFactors Integration Leads — an active SAP Integration Suite / SAP Cloud Integration Professional-level certification (beyond Associate) is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree — in a relevant discipline; equivalent delivery experience considered

BUSINESS & CONSULTING SKILLS

- Integration-track ownership — owns design, team, quality, timeliness, testing, cutover, and warranty across the integration landscape as a single integrated responsibility
- Cross-system design judgement — designs within and across iFlows, Integration Center, replication, and posting flows, including upstream and downstream system linkage
- People leadership — leads and develops Senior Consultants (Integration), Consultants, and Associate Consultants deliberately, not incidentally
- SA, PMO, and module-Lead liaison — works hand-in-hand with the Solution Architect, PMO, and module Lead Consultants without losing integration-track ownership
- Cross-track leadership when needed — steps up to liaise across tracks when no Solution Architect is on the engagement
- Quality governance without bottlenecking — sets and enforces the QA bar while keeping the team’s delivery flow predictable
