We're looking for a passionate Senior Interior Designer who enjoys solving design challenges, collaborating with clients, and bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and flawless execution. /n What You'll Do /n In addition to the responsibilities of an Interior Designer, you will: /n /n

- Lead residential interior design projects

/n

- Independently manage client discussions, presentations, approvals, and design decisions

/n

- Review layouts, 3D models, working drawings, production drawings, and project documentation

/n

- Prepare and review project quotations

/n

- Mentor and guide Interior Designers throughout the design process

/n

- Allocate work, review deliverables, and maintain design quality across projects

/n

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution

/n

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation quality and resolve design or execution challenges

/n





- Ensure project timelines, documentation, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently achieved

/n

- Drive continuous improvements in design standards, workflows, and team performance

- Strong Residential Interior Design Experience

- SketchUp & Enscape

- AutoCAD & Technical Drawings
