Job Summary

Lucknow Builders is looking for an experienced, creative, detail-oriented, client-focused, and target-oriented Senior Interior Designer to independently handle residential and commercial interior projects from concept development to design approval and site execution.

The candidate will be responsible for design development, 2D/3D visualization, working drawings, material selection, client handling, site execution, vendor coordination, team supervision, and business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design & Detailing

- Develop design concepts, space plans, furniture layouts, colour schemes, and material selections.
- Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings.
- Create 3D models, interior views, walkthroughs, and realistic renders.
- Design ceiling, flooring, wall treatments, lighting, furniture, décor, and other interior elements.
- Prepare mood boards, material specifications, BOQs, and client presentations.
- Ensure designs are creative, accurate, practical, cost-effective, and suitable for execution.
- Review drawings and revisions before final submission.

Client & Project Handling
- Independently handle client meetings, consultations, presentations, requirements, feedback, and approvals.
- Understand client budget, preferences, and project expectations.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits, verify measurements, and monitor design execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, site teams, and project teams.
- Identify and resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and deliverables.

Team & Vendor Coordination




- Guide and coordinate with Junior Interior Designers and design team members.
- Review and provide feedback on drawings and designs prepared by junior team members.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers regarding materials and execution.
- Ensure proper selection and timely availability of materials, finishes, fixtures, and other design elements.

Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate leads through references, networking, site visits, social media, direct outreach, and other channels.
- Attend client meetings and support lead conversion and project acquisition.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain the project pipeline.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, sales, and business targets.
- Generate opportunities through new clients, referrals, repeat projects, and upselling.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture,



or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Interior Design.
- Robust practical knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D/3D design software.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, detailing, colour theory, BOQ, and site execution.
- Excellent client handling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in team, vendor, contractor, and project coordination.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development preferred.
- Strong portfolio of completed interior projects required.
- Willingness to travel for project site visits.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
