N n About the Role

N nWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept development through execution .

N n Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits, measurements, and site analysis to develop accurate design layouts.
N
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and functional needs to create effective interior layouts and space plans .
N
- Develop and present design concepts, themes, mood boards, and reference images aligned with client expectations.
N
- Manage regular client interactions and design presentations , incorporating feedback and providing project updates.
N
- Prepare detailed service drawings, working drawings, layouts, elevations, and execution drawings .
N
- Conduct site visits during execution to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy and quality .
N
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
N
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and design specifications .
N
- Identify design or execution challenges and provide practical,



timely solutions .
N
- Manage and prioritize multiple interior design projects simultaneously .

- Strong interior design sensibility and space-planning skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant interior design software
N
- Robust knowledge of working drawings, layouts, elevations, and detailing
N
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

- Strong project coordination and management abilities

- Good understanding of site execution and vendor coordination

- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

n n Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in residential interior design projects

- Experience managing projects from concept to execution

- Strong exposure to client management, site execution, and vendor coordination

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
