Job Title: Architect / Interior Architect / Senior Interior Designer – Commercial Offices

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Architect / Interior Architect / Commercial Interior Designer to handle end-to-end interior design and fit-out projects for managed corporate office spaces, flexible workspaces, and commercial projects in Bengaluru. The role involves client interaction from concept development to final execution, delivering high-quality turnkey interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Interior Design & Project Coordination from concept to finalization including material selection and execution.
- Client interaction to understand requirements and deliver customized commercial office interiors.
- Manage design coordination with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Review interior design proposals, evaluate based on design, functionality, aesthetics, cost, and construction parameters.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, 3D renders, 2D drawings, mock-ups, and reference images for clients and management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with knowledge of 3ds Max, SketchUp as added advantage.
- Utilize AI tools and generative AI technologies to accelerate design conceptualization, 3D rendering, visualization, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, FF&E;, execution team, and other consultants for turnkey interior solutions.
- Material selection, quality checking,



and site supervision to ensure design intent is executed perfectly.
- Oversee interior fit-out projects for commercial offices, co-working spaces, and hospitality projects.
- Provide design solutions with strong focus on aesthetics, user experience, and functionality.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

- Education: B.Arch / M.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture / Master of Architecture).
- Experience: 4–7 years of relevant experience as Interior Architect, Commercial Architect, Interior Designer, or similar role.
- Proven expertise in decorating and designing customized commercial office spaces and hospitality interiors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial office interiors, versatile workspaces, and corporate fit-outs.
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD, 3D Rendering, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and presentation tools. Ability to leverage modern AI Tools – Quick learner.
- Strong verbal and written English communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
