nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for Hotel Sales professionals to join our Sales & Reservations team as Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager, depending on experience and capability.
nThis is not a traditional field-sales role focused primarily on market visits and cold calling.




nOur marketing engine generates a steady flow of inbound guest, group, corporate, wedding, event and holiday inquiries. Your responsibility is to turn that demand into confirmed bookings, higher revenue and long-term guest relationships.
nYou will be responsible for managing and converting the inquiry-to-booking journey — from the first interaction with a potential guest to confirmation, follow-up, upselling and post-booking coordination.
nFor experienced candidates, the role will additionally involve leading the sales team, managing the sales funnel, closing high-value business and owning revenue targets.
