nAs a Customer Success Manager, you will own the customer journey—from onboarding and product adoption to engagement, retention, and renewal. You will build strong customer relationships, solve meaningful business challenges, and work closely with our Product, Sales, and Technology teams to create exceptional customer experiences.

nWhat You Will Do
nOwn the customer journey from onboarding to renewal
nDrive product adoption, engagement, and long-term customer success




nBuild strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
nProactively identify and manage at-risk customers to reduce churn
nMonitor customer usage, engagement, and success metrics
nConduct onboarding sessions, product training, and regular customer reviews
nPartner with Product, Sales, Support, and Technology teams to solve customer challenges
nCapture customer feedback and help influence product improvements
nIdentify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and renewals

nWhat We Are Looking For
n3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, B2B Technology, or Client Relationship Management
nStrong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle
nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills
nA customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
nAbility to analyse customer data and translate insights into action
nComfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fa
