Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the HR function and supporting strategic business objectives. This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

The Senior HR Manager will design and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks that promote transparency, efficiency, and a high-performance culture aligned with Gepdec's values. Daily responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership on organizational development,



managing compliance with labor laws and HR-related regulations, handling employee grievances, and driving engagement and retention initiatives. The role also includes mentoring HR team members, managing HR data and analytics for decision-making, and supporting change management and talent development across the organization.

Job Specifications

- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration required; MBA/PG in HR preferred

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR domains, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations
- Experience in designing and implementing HR policies, processes, and frameworks that support organizational growth and compliance
- Skills in talent development, training and learning programs, and succession planning to build and retain high-performing teams
- Proficiency in HR analytics, HRIS tools, and data-driven decision-making for workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
- Solid understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to infrastructure and related sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience in change management, culture-building, and employee engagement initiatives in a growing organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA in HR is preferred
- Prior experience in a senior HR role within infrastructure, engineering, or project-based organizations is an advantage.
