- HR Recruiter – BFSI Recruitment

- We are hiring an HR Recruiter to handle recruitment for various BFSI and insurance profiles.

- The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

- The role involves regular candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, and achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for insurance and BFSI profiles.

- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews.

- Schedule shortlisted candidates for interviews with company managers.

Candidate Coordination

- Make 60–70 calls daily to potential candidates.

- Conduct 10–15 screening conversations/interviews daily.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.

- Track candidate interview status, selection, and joining.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring databases.

Hiring & Target Management





- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly hiring targets.

- Coordinate with team leaders and hiring managers.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

- Support bulk hiring requirements whenever required.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.

- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and calling.

- Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / Undergraduate

- 0–6 years of experience in Recruitment, Telecalling, or HR.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Experience in insurance recruitment or bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
