KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead HR operations aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration
- Drive talent management, performance management and retention initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and best practices
- Ensure statutory compliance and manage HR audits
- Manage employee relations and grievance resolution
- Support organizational development, training and capability building
- Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and HR interventions
- Lead and mentor the HR team




- Drive HR MIS, analytics and process improvements

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience
- Robust experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations
- Sound knowledge of talent management and performance management systems
- Experience in Engineering / Infrastructure / EPC / Consulting preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work strategically as well as hands-on with HR operations
